The China Study


The China Study shows us that people who consume a lot of animal protein suffer from chronic diseases later in life. Those who consume mainly plant protein do not. A wide variety of whole plants provide us with all the nutrients we need except for one. Vitamin B12 use to be available in the bacteria found on dirty vegetables. We now have a tendency to clean our vegetables so well that they no longer contain the bacteria which use to provide us with vitamin B12. It can be acquired through a supplement.
